Sportfishing with Captain tony in Jaco Beach

Sportfishing with Captain tony

Costa Rica Fishing Experts is here to arrange amazing sportfishing adventures in some of the best waters in the world, or sight seeing trips to many of the scenic spots in Costa Rica.   Sportfishing in Costa Rica rivals any in the world.   Whether you are fishing for sailfish, dorado, marlin, or rooster fish, Captain Tony will put you on the best spots in the area.  He has fished these waters for over 15 years.

Capatain Tony Boat

Anybody can buy a boat and start a sportfishing business but you’ve got to find a captain that knows the waters and can put you on the fish.  Nobody can guarantee that you will catch anything, but it is very rare when Captain Tony comes back to the docks empty-handed ( unless he caught a bunch of sailfish) .  A photographer is also available to go along and photograph your catch for a fee.  Airport pick up is also offered from Juan Santamaría International Airport, in San Jose to the Playa Jacó and Playa Hermosa area, if you are looking for a private transfer from Liberia airport get in-touch with us and we can make it happen.

Sailing Trips

Sail for the day from Playa Herradurra (near Play Jaco) to Isla Tortuga where you’ll spend the day snorkeling, swimming , or just sunning on the beach or deck of the boat.

Spend a beautiful day playing on and around Isla Tortuga and then anchor in an isolated beach for one of the most stunning sunsets you will ever see.  There is nothing like being on deck at night with the tropical breezes gently rocking the boat. (Believe me, I’ve done this trip)
